Beyond Limits draws on owner Samantha Mathis’ personal background as a retired Royal Air Force officer with more than 25 years of experience in the defense, development, and diplomatic sectors. This experience includes delivering leadership and management development interventions, and coaching and mentoring teams and individuals in the NGO, government, and private sectors.

Skilled in building strong relations at all levels and working cross-functionally in international and complex environments, Samantha has a proven record of global experience in various countries, including leading multi-cultural teams in the Americas, Caribbean, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
